About The Position

Provide production support engineering for manufacturing operations, including testing methods, procedures, and yield improvement activities. Support device specifications, investigate yield issues, and participate in minor redesigns of devices and tooling. Analyze customer returns and manufacturing non-conformances to support root cause investigations and corrective actions. Support supplier-related engineering changes and assist in the evaluation of externally purchased components. Assume responsibility for devices and/or components after transfer into high-volume production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes while considering quality, cost, and efficiency constraints. Assist internal stakeholders or customers with device usage questions or testing activities, as needed. Support documentation, data analysis, and reporting activities related to manufacturing performance. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required).
  • 0–2 years of engineering experience, including internships, co-op programs, or capstone project experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under close supervision while managing assigned tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with internal teams.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willing to work 100% on-Site in Juncos, PR and work weekend and/or night shifts, as required by production needs.
