About The Position
Design and implement product improvement, cost reduction, new product development and product issue resolution efforts for architecturally driven door hardware. Maintain engineering documentation relative to a product and administer changes to the documentation. Develop detailed knowledge of the product line, understand sister companies' product as well as competition and administer technical support to customers and sales force as required.
