Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Factory Support (sustaining) Product Engineer to support the lifecycle of our existing products and systems. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving product issues in the field or in production, implementing design improvements, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure long-term product reliability, quality, and compliance.
