Job Description This is a remote position and will have an expectation of ~25% travel. We are open to candidates who sit in any major metropolitan city within the United States. What You’ll Do: As a Product Education Facilitator, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning experiences for GTM teams, customers, and partners-while pioneering the integration of AI, agentic systems, and modern enablement methodologies. You will own training projects end‑to-end, bring deep product expertise, and help modernize how learning happens in the flow of work. You will combine strong instructional design fundamentals with forward‑thinking innovation to create scalable, personalized, and contextual learning across multiple audiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience creating and delivering corporate training (instructor‑led, eLearning, hybrid), ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodology, and learning experience design.
  • Proven experience applying AI within learning programs (LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, adaptive learning platforms, prompt engineering).
  • Ability to discuss SaaS solutions, CXM concepts, and enterprise technology implementations with customers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess training needs, craft learning plans, and measure results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Autonomous, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Sprinklr (instructional design, facilitation, or product training).
  • Familiarity with gamification techniques, behavioral learning models, or HCI/LXD methodologies.
  • Knowledge of conversational AI, Socratic learning models, or knowledge‑graph‑powered content delivery.
  • Experience with microlearning platforms, workflow learning integrations, or large‑scale localization.
  • Understanding of ethical AI practices and governance frameworks.
  • Hands‑on experience with authoring tools, screen‑capture software, and assessment platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead training projects from start to finish- including needs assessments, curriculum design, development, delivery, and measurement.
  • Conduct training assessments through workshops, interviews, and surveys; synthesize findings to build curriculum maps, delivery plans, and timelines.
  • Develop and deliver end‑user training using multiple modalities (virtual, classroom, eLearning, microlearning).
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise in Sprinklr products and related industry solutions.
  • Deliver web‑based and in‑person classroom training for customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Design and implement agentic learning frameworks that use AI to provide contextualized, adaptive, and personalized learning experiences.
  • Leverage AI tools to modernize content creation, automate knowledge updates, and drive continuous improvement of training materials.
  • Integrate microlearning directly into workflow environments to reinforce knowledge at the moment of need.
  • Introduce advanced skills‑assessment models, including Socratic or AI‑driven evaluation methods, to measure competency and retention.
  • Develop new approaches to learner engagement, including gamification strategies and dynamic learning pathways.
  • Apply emerging adult learning methodologies and stay ahead of evolving technologies to disrupt traditional enablement models.
  • Explore ways to scale learning through conversational AI, content architecture, and knowledge‑graph‑based delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring training programs align with business goals.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to support GTM objectives.
  • Represent the learning organization as a thought partner on modernization, AI adoption, and the future of enablement.
