About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our team and assist in documenting user guides for new features released in our software product. The role involves collaborating with product owners and developers to understand new features, writing clear and concise documentation, and ensuring that guides are up-to-date and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, an eye for detail, and an interest in technology.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to end-users.
• Interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new software features.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with documentation tools is a plus (Word or Miro).
• Collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain user guides for new software features.
• Work closely with the product development team to understand feature functionalities.
• Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to end users.
• Assist with organizing and formatting documentation in alignment with internal standards.
• Continuously update documentation to reflect product updates and changes.
