About The Position
As a Product Director at Morning Consult, you'll lead a team of passionate and talented Product Managers responsible for the Morning Consult Intelligence (MCI) platform, and help define and drive the vision for our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and other key stakeholders to define and prioritize problems to solve. Additional responsibilities include long-term roadmap planning, competitive analysis, defining KPIs and go-to-market strategy. Your success will ultimately be measured by your ability to drive meaningful business outcomes. You'll also be responsible for the professional growth and development of individual Product Managers, and help evolve our product culture and practices. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and will be empowered to take ownership, bias to action and make calculated tradeoffs.
