We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Product Management to lead our Users and Organizations (U&O) product platform capabilities that enable secure use of the Availity platform. This leader will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for user and organizational management, access (authorization and authentication) management, and customer-facing security and identity capabilities that power our platform. You will lead product development across user lifecycle management, modern authentication and authorization models (including SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC), enterprise identity integrations, and API access. You will also drive scalable organization management capabilities such as multi‑tenant architecture, org hierarchies, billing structures, and cross‑organization governance. In partnership with Security, you will translate security and compliance requirements into intuitive, auditable platform features—including configurable access controls, audit logging, customer security settings, and governance capabilities that support SOC 2 and secure‑by‑design standards. This leader will work in close collaboration with our Security organization who own corporate or enterprise security policy, incident response, and risk management. More specifically, this leader partners with the Security organization to ensure security requirements, policies, and controls are translated into scalable, usable, and auditable platform capabilities for customers. Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in Product Management.
  • 3–5+ years leading product managers.
  • Experience owning Platform Security products.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise SaaS architecture
  • Experience working with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Deep expertise in platform security and identity management, including RBAC/ABAC, SSO (SAML, OIDC), SCIM, and multi‑tenant SaaS architectures.
  • Proven experience designing API‑first platforms that meet complex enterprise customer, security, and governance requirements.
  • Strategic, systems‑level thinker with a strong bias toward scalable, durable solutions.
  • Influential cross‑functional leader and clear communicator with the ability to engage both executive and technical audiences.
  • Data‑driven decision maker who balances long‑term vision with pragmatic execution.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and articulating the long-term User, Org and Security product vision and strategy.
  • Building and managing a multi-year roadmap aligned to company objectives.
  • Partnering closely with Engineering, Security, Legal, IT, and Sales.
  • Balancing enterprise-grade requirements with product usability.
  • Driving adoption of core platform controls across customer segments, serving as the voice of the customer.
  • Leading, mentoring, and scaling a team of product managers.
  • Using customer insights, platform usage data, and security-provided risk and threat insights to inform prioritization.
  • Ensuring platform capabilities meet enterprise and industry requirements, in partnership with Security and Compliance.
