iRhythm is seeking a Product Director to lead the Product Strategy for iRhythm’s portfolio of solutions for sleep disorders. This is an exciting opportunity for a person interested in the intersection of Digital Health, Medical Devices & AI in Medicine, and passionate about driving innovation, product/market fit and market growth in a highly competitive cardiac monitoring space. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all ideation and upstream product activities and partner closely with Product Management organization in the product development lifecycle for both hardware & digital sleep products, 510(k) readiness, and launch readiness, including clinical services, operations, and commercial for a successful launch of products related to sleep disorders. This role is highly cross-functional and detail oriented, requiring a Product Director to interface with and work closely with departments throughout the company to synthesize clinical, technical, operational, commercial and market perspectives to shape the clinical value and to go to market offering of sleep products. This individual will be expected to collaborate closely with Advanced Technologies, Product Management, R&D, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Market Access and the Commercial & Marketing teams on conducting voice of the customer research, informing the Portfolio Roadmap, partnering with Product Management on new features from development through launch, as well as monitoring product/ market fit and commercial success of this product line. This is a highly visible and key role within the organization spanning many activities from strategic to tactical in defining and executing the Sleep product & regulatory strategy, operations, and growth.

  • Support successful product launches projected to drive tremendous revenue growth in the Sleep market.
  • Establish self as the Sleep owner clinically, technically, and commercially as the mini-CEO of this product line.
  • Coordinate activities for successful 510K submission and post 510K activities.
  • Define, track and report Product health metrics.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to reach milestones on time and on budget for new features.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team members on the development of processes around product development.
  • Manage Business and Product Strategy for Sleep Products.
  • Guide product pricing strategy, product positioning and market segmentation/ targeting for Sleep Products.
  • Own the financial model for Sleep products.
  • Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access and the Clinical and Economic Research team on Clinical Evidence & RWE needs.
  • Be the expert for competitive intelligence in the sleep market.
  • Work closely with Sales leadership to vet target market opportunities.
  • A minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree.
  • Majority of professional experience in product management, program management, product marketing, or equivalent experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • 5+ years of Customer Engagement and Voice of Customer research.
  • 4+ years of Problem Solving & Innovation, and driving Product Feature Prioritization.
  • 4+ years of experience building and socializing product roadmaps with cross functional team input.
  • Self-starter with a desire to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative with accountability for achieving results.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects at a time and effectively prioritize time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, Design and Product Management tools (e.g. Aha, Miro, Atlassian software).
