About The Position

In this role, you will own the product strategy and develop a data-driven roadmap for the digital technology product team. You will be responsible for managing and scaling the team, overseeing the product lifecycle of your portfolio, and conducting sizing on new projects while developing business cases. You will manage the project backlog, strategy, and resources, acting as the Product Manager for PAARTS Store and similar products. Additionally, you will own the overarching collateral and marketing material, as well as the DT&A Application Review Process. Your responsibilities will also include understanding and researching technical trends, assessing emerging products and companies, and making recommendations on new technologies to invest in or leverage. You will study the competitive landscape from a strategic business and go-to-market perspective, assess and establish mitigation plans for business and technical risks, and use analytics tools to analyze performance indicators and evaluate experiments. You will drive the development of additional reporting capabilities, facilitate the creation and maintenance of product documentation, and actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budgets, and timing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; master's degree preferred
  • 8 years in Software Product Management, aviation/aerospace preferred
  • 4 years leading/owning Product Management for one or more products
  • 3 years managing teams
  • Proven track record of success, both personally and for products managed
  • Experience managing, integrating with, and modernizing ERP systems required (Oracle preferred)
  • Participation in major ERP migration(s) a plus
