Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine Position Overview : The Product Director will be accountable for leading the awareness & messaging strategy for SPRAVATO® . In this role, you will focus on strategy development, strategic media planning, content development and tactical execution to help drive awareness of SPRAVATO® among patients with treatment resistant depression.

Requirements

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge, as well as experience in Marketing, Agency, and/or related fields.
  • Strong marketing proficiency, project management, verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills
  • A demonstrated ability to be innovative, proactive, work within a team environment, and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders is required

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in related field
  • Media planning experience
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of comprehensive patient marketing plans, including crafting strategies, messaging, and pulling through the new consumer campaign to achieve business goals
  • Refine & execute a best-in-class media strategy across channels
  • Lead targeting & engagement strategies to reach our primary & secondary audiences
  • Work collaboratively with HCP and cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
  • Lead the review of new assets through the copy approval process
  • Partner with Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS teams) to ensure alignment with brand strategy across all materials and increase awareness of patient support programs
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and teamwork
