Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine About the Role You will shape ACx marketing strategy across all solution designs, ensuring their seamless integration into the overall brand strategy. Solution messaging, driving innovation, and implementing continuous improvements to advance TREMFYA® patient and provider solutions— enhancing fulfillment and customer experience. In partnership with cross-functional teams—including Sales, HCP Marketing, Analytics, PECS, and External Agencies, you’ll optimize field execution, patient fulfillment, and access initiatives across Dermatology & Rheumatology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 5+ years in pharma/healthcare marketing, market access, patient experience, analytics/consulting, or related roles
  • Proven record planning and executing access or CX strategy, including navigating payer systems, reimbursement, field engagement, and fulfillment
  • Strong understanding of patient / customer journey design, HCP engagement, omnichannel channels, and payer dynamics
  • Expert ability to translate data into insights, define actionable triggers, and optimize performance outcomes
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
  • Evidence of intellectual curiosity, long-range thinking, stakeholder alignment, and change management
  • Strong written and verbal communication, project leadership, and ability to convene advisory boards and multi-stakeholder workshops
  • On-site presence 3 days/week in Horsham, PA, with up to 20% domestic travel

Responsibilities

  • Access Strategy & Execution Shape ACx marketing strategy, access and solution messaging, targeting, and tactics to drive TREMFYA® performance
  • Lead field-aligned strategy and resource deployment in collaboration with Sales, HCP Marketing, and PECS
  • Omni-Channel & Insights Design integrated channel plans (digital, peer-to-peer, field) to promote TREMFYA® access and TREMFYAWithMe experience
  • Partner with Prof Promo & Advanced Analytics to define data-driven triggers, access insights, and experience-boosting tactics
  • Work with SIA team to convert data into strategic insights guiding execution
  • Partnerships & Governance Lead implementation and governance of external access and fulfillment partnerships
  • Develop, plan, and manage relationships with KOLs, practice staff, and peers through advisory boards, congresses, and education initiatives
  • Fulfillment & Innovation Collaborate with PECS and Specialty Pharmacies to optimize solutions that improve patient access and fulfillment journeys
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in TREMFYA® access offerings and patient support
  • Cross-Functional Engagement Align with Sales, HCP & peer marketing, DTC, PECS, IPS, and external agencies to ensure strategic cohesion and consistent execution
