Interns will work full-time hours during the summer. Job Purpose The Product Development Purchasing team plays a critical role in supporting new AG tractor development projects by ensuring that the right suppliers are selected early in the design process and that sourced components meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. Working within a matrix organization, this team partners closely with engineering, program management, and suppliers to drive sourcing strategies that support product innovation and business goals. As a Product Development Purchasing Intern, you will work alongside experienced purchasing professionals and gain exposure to the sourcing and procurement activities that bring new tractor designs to life.

Nice To Haves

• Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in the following majors or related fields: Supply Chain, Engineering, Business

Responsibilities

• Assisting with best practice alignment and preparation, requiring collaboration with multiple internal teams
• Supporting new programs by managing RFQs (requests for quotes), coordinating supplier communication, and analyzing data for decision-making and retention
• Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure purchasing processes align with project timelines and targets
