This position involves participating in the development of a product strategy and supporting the ideation process. The role requires gathering and analyzing data to develop insights into market conditions and trends, as well as monitoring success criteria to evaluate products throughout their lifecycle. The individual will ensure that metrics are developed and product dashboards are maintained as identified by the leadership team. Responsibilities include conducting regional feasibility with functional partners for a focused set of products or lines of business (LOBs), developing recommendations for products or portfolios under leadership guidance, and garnering executive alignment through data, analysis, and presentations. The role also involves updating collateral, managing service recovery and issues resolution, overseeing content and response gathering to sales and account management questions, and consulting on product subject matter expertise. Additionally, the individual will evaluate benefits/plans to meet regulatory and internal/external benefit administration needs, create product/benefit requirements, and manage less complex implementations or workstreams with supervision.
