About The Position

Otter Products is hiring for a Product Development Manager to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. This position can work a hybrid schedule. As the Product Development Manager, you will inspire confidence in the business as an expert and champion for your assigned product category, with a focus on new product development. Your mission is to develop a winning category business strategy, drive consistency of execution, and ensure that the organization meets business objectives. As an industry subject matter expert, you will have profit and loss (P&L) accountability, guide market requirements, collaborate with peers, ensure broad understanding and drive results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product development and management.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and business strategy.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Familiarity with market research and analysis.

Responsibilities
