About The Position
As the Product Development Manager at Velvet Caviar, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of our existing and upcoming tech accessory products. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about product design and development, enjoys collaborating with various teams, and has a knack for working with factories. You will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, which includes daily communications with overseas factories, improving product features and quality, and creating tech packs for new product concepts. Your role will also involve sourcing and negotiating with new factories, managing purchase orders, and overseeing production schedules and deadlines. In addition to these responsibilities, you will establish and maintain quality control processes, research new product opportunities and style trends, and monitor competitors and evolving market dynamics. You will maintain product management charts for each level of product development and manage the sample process for both the product and marketing teams. Your organizational skills will be crucial as you track samples and production goods, manage sample storage in the office, and ensure that all aspects of product development are executed efficiently.
