About The Position

The ILIA Beauty Product Development Internship Program is a three-month immersive program created for undergraduate students, recent graduates or early career professionals passionate about the beauty industry. This program offers hands-on experience and educational opportunities that will provide a foundational understanding of product development in a clean beauty environment. This is an on-site role that will report to our New York City office 2 to 4 days per week.

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Passion for color cosmetics, skincare and the beauty industry in general
• Energetic self-starter who is detail and results oriented
• Collaborative team player
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 360 and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Engage in structured learning and hands-on projects that cover essential aspects of product development.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of product development processes in the beauty industry.
• Gain experience in market research, the product development process, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work on real-world projects, collaborating with various teams within the organization.
• Build a professional network and learn from experienced product development leaders.
• Present a project summarizing key learnings and contributions to the cross-functional teams at the end of the internship.
