Requirements

BS in Mechanical Engineering required
Professional-Level English language skills preferred

Responsibilities

Apply analytical tools such as FEA, DFMEA, DFSS, and DFM/DFA to optimize product designs.
Develop and refine design concepts by generating creative solutions, evaluating risks, and improving existing or new products and processes.
Prepare complete design packages and engineering documentation for new or modified products.
Design, modify, and assemble mechanical components, coordinating development activities within defined frameworks.
Perform simulations, calculations, and design investigations covering strength, service life, wear, dimensions, weight, and functional performance.
Analyze and report test results, evaluate benchmarking outcomes, and perform root-cause investigations on returned components.
Support product launches through design, prototyping, testing, PPAP activities, and APQP processes.
Provide technical leadership and support to customers, sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams, including training and problem resolution.
Manage multiple engineering projects using structured problem-solving methods while participating in continuous improvement programs such as Kaizen, 5S, and VA/VE.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations, maintain detailed records and drawings, and travel to customers, suppliers, or other facilities as required.
