Nice To Haves

Experience in product development, silicon debug, or test engineering.
Semiconductor test methodologies (ATE, SLT).
Data analysis and scripting (Python, Perl).
Understanding of AVFS and power-performance correlation.
Experience with advanced CPU/GPU architectures.
Familiarity with power/performance modeling and distribution analysis.
Proven track record of process improvement and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Define product OPNs, fuse maps, and speed binning strategies.
Develop and maintain scripts for AVFS analysis and distribution modeling.
Lead silicon debug and ATE characterization for new products.
Optimize test flows for yield, test time, and performance targets.
Analyze characterization data to improve yield and distribution.
Collaborate with Foundry and test teams to resolve yield issues.
Partner with design, platform, and manufacturing teams to ensure product readiness.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
