Requirements

  • Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years.
  • PhD in Physics, Material Science, Mechanical, Optical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in mechanical, optical, electrical or systems design, overseeing sub-systems project, troubleshooting of systems issues, creating and implementing test plans.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for engineering activities on next generation of existing product.
  • Development and release of new options, features or cost reduction improvements that provide more value to customers.
  • Understand the customers' use-case and work in conjunction with other groups to define the requirements.
  • Follow through and release/support product enhancements effectively.
  • Train Service and Manufacturing employees.
  • Travel to customer sites to resolve technical issues during and after product release.
