About The Position

The Product Development role at Orange County's Credit Union focuses on the design, enhancement, and implementation of credit card products and services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or credit card program and development experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of credit card services product development experience, preferably with a credit union or financial institution.
  • Highly skilled in PowerPoint, with experience in storytelling for leadership presentations.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and implementation of existing and new credit card products and programs, including features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition.
  • Conduct competitive research, analyze industry trends, and perform ROI analysis to achieve profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage operational compliance, sales, and efficiency of credit card services products.
  • Act as a business analyst to optimize credit card networks, leveraging data analytics and market insights to maximize interchange income.
  • Coordinate and implement new features and technologies to enhance debit and credit card programs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Educate and present information to leadership and employees using expert-level PowerPoint presentations.
