About The Position

The Product Development Coordinator supports the Gifts category by assisting in the creation, development, and lifecycle management of product assortments. This entry-level role works closely with the Product Development Manager and Assistant Product Development Manager to help bring products from concept through commercialization and direct-to-consumer launch. This position plays a key role in maintaining product data accuracy, coordinating samples, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Product Manager with data entry and maintenance of assortment databases
  • Monitor and maintain line list accuracy
  • Ensure updates are reflected across all documentation
  • Process and organize incoming product and production samples
  • Prepare samples for quarterly assortment reviews and internal presentations
  • Assist in documenting and communicating product specifications
  • Maintain organization of the sample room for gifts and hard goods
  • Package and return samples to vendors as needed
  • Attend weekly cross-functional commercialization meetings
  • Support coordination of test shipments with Vendor Relations
  • Assist with creative turnover preparation for Photography and Creative teams
  • Gather and deliver product samples to photo studio
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support product launch timelines
  • Conduct competitive research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist in documenting product inspiration and concepts
  • Support ideation and assortment planning activities
  • Ensure products go live according to established timelines
  • Review start and end dates, pricing, and product names for accuracy
  • Confirm website images represent final product
  • Validate online product details prior to launch
