About The Position

This full-time position (40 hours per week) is responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data for item and order management in NetSuite. This position is a support role for the Product Development Department and assists with many operational tasks such as item set-up, data entry, sample processing, and creating shipping marks and labels for orders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in a role maintaining and organizing large amount of data accurately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• High level of organizational abilities
• Good communication skills required
• Creative and problem-solving attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Completes item set-up for new product in NetSuite including assigning UPC's to all items in the Data Drivers of The Royal Standard is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Uploads photos after item set-up into Repzio.
• Updates and maintains Specification Google Document for new items.
• Assists website/marketing with specification charts for website.
• Creates Product Training PowerPoint to be used by Showrooms and Retail for visual planning.
• Completes data entry changes to items inside of NetSuite (i.e.: class, description, status, price, etc.) manually or through imports and are accurate.
• Creates shipping marks and labels for products for every order and save in order folder in NetSuite.
• Helps to complete unpacking, sorting, receiving, and transferring new product samples to their appropriate showroom and corporate locations.
• Maintains order in the sample rooms and organizes and hosts sample sales or send to retail when needed.
• Ships samples when needed to suppliers.
• Updates FedEx PO within NetSuite.
• Weighs all incoming samples and records weight in NetSuite.
• Manages and follows the Revise Pricing PO Report and Sample Location PO Report.
• Creates tags for re-tagging for re-work projects.
• Assists the warehouse when needed with re-work projects.
• Performs other tasks and duties as needed to support the Product Development Team.
