The Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA) team in Naples, Florida (INC) is responsible for supporting engineering efforts related to the development and manufacturing operations for Arthrex RFA products. We are searching for a Co-op pursuing an engineering degree to support the RFA Engineering team at Arthrex. The successful candidate will engage, develop, and document product development activities for RF surgical probes and equipment with guidance from the engineering staff. The individual will perform various test methods including development of new test methods and will be detail oriented in the execution and documentation of these test methods. The individual will also work within the requirements of their tasks to deliver results and communicate issues in a timely and accurate manner. This Co-op will run from January 2026 - June 2026. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
