We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-driven Product Development Assistant to join our team. This role plays an important part in bringing our international sports travel packages to life — from researching destinations and building exciting packages, to ensuring everything is accurately loaded into our systems and presented professionally online. You’ll work closely with the Product Development team to help turn ideas into sellable, competitive travel experiences. It’s a role that blends organisation, creativity, systems accuracy, and commercial awareness — all within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Requirements

Strong computer literacy with the ability to work quickly and confidently across multiple systems
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general digital tools
High level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable working under pressure during peak sales and launch periods
International travel experience (having travelled internationally on more than one occasion with a practical understanding of global travel logistics)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow structured processes while also thinking creatively
Naturally organised and structured
Pro-active and solutions focussed
Has a strong interest in sport and international travel
Enjoyes working as part of a colloaborative team
Good sense of commercial awareness and understand what makes a product competitive

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and structuring of international sports travel packages
Accurately load and maintain product information in internal systems
Create and update promotional packages and pricing (including ROE updates)
Research sporting events, destinations, and venues
Prepare engaging product documents and presentations (including Canva design work)
Ensure all product information is professionally presented across internal systems and the website
Update website content via WordPress and liaise with digital partners where required
Monitor competitor offerings and support the development of competitive, commercially sound products
Work to agreed timelines to ensure products are launched on schedule
Collaborate closely with the Product Development team and support broader company projects
