About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Apparel Product Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of apparel products from concept to production, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field
• Proven experience in apparel development and manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of product development life cycle (PDLC)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems is a plus
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices in apparel production

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative apparel concepts
• Manage the product development process from initial sketches to final production
• Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure product quality and adherence to timelines
• Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences
• Develop and maintain technical specifications and product documentation
• Assist in the sourcing of materials and components for apparel production
• Evaluate and implement sourcing strategies for cost-effective manufacturing
