The Product Developer (PD) at Stio® is responsible for executing all aspects of product development, primarily apparel and accessories, ensuring seasonal timelines and Stio quality standards are met. This role involves owning fit excellence, fit consistency, pattern study, construction quality, BOM ownership, and understanding costing for each product. In collaboration with Design, Materials & Product Line Management, and Production/Sourcing, the PD delivers on-time production approval according to design brief, fit intent, and quality standards. The Product Developer communicates directly with factories to ensure efficient and accurate product development and effective problem-solving from launch to production approval. Candidates must be located in the Rocky Mountain West or West Coast regions of the United States, specifically Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.
