About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or similar roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work across web and mobile.
• Expertise with design tools (Figma, etc.).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Experience with AI tools and/or tool design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance quality with speed in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with front-end technologies and working with Typescript and React.
• Game design and game mechanics experience.
• Skilled in crafting effective prompts for AI systems including image generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process end-to-end: research, ideate, prototype, and deliver polished UI/UX solutions.
• Translate user insights and product goals into clear, impactful design decisions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs (e.g., Figma).
• Define and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure high quality implementation.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and product metrics.
