The Solutions Consulting & Engineering (SC&E) Team, which this role is part of, is customer-focused and solutions-led, delivering end-to-end and emerging solutions to drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth through management consulting, delivery excellence, and engineering brilliance. The team aims to blend business acumen with full-stack technical expertise to develop innovative solutions for complex client challenges. The Product Designer will join this team to design seamless, intuitive experiences for various internal and external projects. This role involves close collaboration with Senior Designers, Associate Creative Directors, Creative Directors, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Developers to transform complex workflows into clear, usable, and elegant solutions. The designer will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to detailed design and delivery, in a highly collaborative environment, learning from senior leaders and developing their craft.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience designing digital products, platforms, or complex applications
Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and collaborative workflows
Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, user-centered design solutions
Genuine excitement and usage of AI tools and a willingness to explore how they can accelerate and elevate design—from ideation and research synthesis to rapid prototyping and workflow efficiency.
Comfort collaborating across disciplines and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly and confidently

Nice To Haves

Experience working with or contributing to a design system
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
Experience partnering closely with engineering teams in agile or iterative environments

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Designers and Creative Directors to translate product vision, business goals, and user needs into thoughtful design solutions
Collaborate with UX Researchers to interpret insights, apply findings, and evolve designs based on user feedback
Work closely with Product Managers to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure design aligns with product strategy
Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes for complex, data-driven workflows
Present UX and UI work clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback in a professional, constructive manner
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible, well-documented, and implemented with quality
Work effectively with both internal and external execution teams across disciplines
Contribute to and help maintain design systems, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency across the platform
Participate in design critiques and reviews, clearly articulating design decisions and rationale
Iterate quickly based on feedback, technical constraints, and evolving requirements
