About The Position

We are looking for a Product Designer to help shape intuitive and impactful experiences for Arch users. As a Product Designer at Arch, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate user insights into thoughtful, data-driven designs. You’ll play a key role in problem discovery, prototyping, and continuous iteration—ensuring our solutions are not just visually compelling, but also drive meaningful outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, Product, Industrial), Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Product design
  • Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
  • Strong skills in Figma or similar prototyping tools, with a focus on interaction design.
  • Comfort with data and analytics tools to drive design decisions and learn from user behavior.
  • A talent and eye for visual detail in layout, typography, motion, and behavior. (though this role prioritizes product design).

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients and users to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and needs to inform design decisions.
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers from discovery to delivery, sitting side by side throughout the process.
  • Develop prototypes and wireframes to create shared understanding and gather early feedback before development.
  • Leverage analytics tools (such as Amplitude) to analyze user behavior, track feature adoption, and inform design decisions.
  • Conduct usability testing, iterate on designs, and proactively seek insights to refine and improve solutions. Uses feedback and data to drive decisions.
  • Go beyond intuitive UI; help define and shape the right solutions for the most impactful problems.
