Product Designer
About The Position
We work alongside partners to bring their vision to life, whether that's launching a first product, rethinking one that already exists, or growing a team's capabilities. What you'd work on As part of our Product Design team, you research our partners' industries to deeply understand what users actually need, then design for the appropriate platforms (web, mobile, and desktop). You work across multiple projects in different industries, which means the problems change often. Our teams are small, so your work has a direct line to what gets built. You work closely with a Project Integrator (what we call Project Managers) and directly with our partners, meaning you're not designing in a vacuum. You're part of the conversation about what gets built and why. What we're looking for Someone who digs into problems before jumping to solutions, cares about getting the details right, and builds trust with the partners they work with. On the practical side, you will be working in Figma, building and maintaining design systems, prototyping and testing with users, and occasionally getting close to the front end. Our designers are also integrating AI tools into their workflows, and we expect that to grow. Comfort with AI as part of the design process matters here.
Requirements
- Experience in product design
- Degree in HCI, interaction design, graphic design, or a related field are preferred
