We serve over 1,000 law firms and are growing >100% year-over-year. As a Product Designer at EvenUp, you'll take full ownership of the design for a scoped feature or product surface. You'll work independently across teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design work that directly supports our mission of advocating for injury victims. Working closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and data scientists, you'll create intuitive, user-centric designs for our AI-driven legal platform. This role is open to candidates in San Francisco, CA. Candidates in San Francisco are required to work a hybrid schedule in-office.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in software product design
  • Experience building user-centric products in a B2B environment
  • Experience building interfaces for AI products
  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • Good qualitative user research skills
  • Strong writing ability
  • Execution mindset; ability to set and meet deadlines
  • Startup experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using, contributing to, and managing design systems
  • B2B experience working on dashboards and data visualizations

Responsibilities

  • Understand internal and external user needs through user research and usability testing; leverage user insights to design powerful, efficient, and delightful products and features.
  • Design cohesive user flows and interactions using design system components. Identify gaps in consistency and suggest improvements to existing patterns.
  • Craft polished, high-quality interfaces that evolve our visual design within the design system, considering accessibility and clarity.
  • Collaborate with highly-skilled engineers, product managers, data scientists, machine learning researchers, and others to ship high-quality features with high velocity.
  • Operate independently with a strong sense of ownership. Balance iteration speed and design quality through structured problem-solving and good judgment.
  • Use a clear design process and present work effectively, adapting to different audiences and contexts.
  • Connect design choices to broader product vision and help shape the product strategy of your area.
