Product Designer
About The Position
As a Product Designer, you’ll own design across core product experiences from early concept to polished execution. Contribute to our design system that helps the team move fast without sacrificing craft. Contribute to brand, storytelling, demos, and external-facing materials as needed. You’ll work closely with engineers, product, and AI researchers to shape how users interact with intelligent systems. This includes designing interfaces that make complex AI behavior intuitive, trustworthy, and powerful. Like the best modern design roles, you’ll help define what we build and why. Our products sit at the intersection of AI, knowledge systems, and complex software. We are rethinking how intelligence is structured, explored, and applied. We move quickly, operate with high ownership, and care deeply about craft. This role requires exceptional taste, conceptual thinking, and the technical skills to ship your work in code.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and strong interaction design.
- Codes and ships their own work. Not mockups, but live prototypes and real features.
- Takes ownership and initiative in ambiguous and dynamic situations.
- Interest in AI development.
Nice To Haves
- Track record of using AI tools and agents to accelerate your design and development workflows.
- Prior design work on AI products or other novel interaction paradigms where established design patterns don't exist yet.
- Familiarity with complex and technical systems.
- Experience contributing to or building design systems and component libraries.
