About The Position

We’re looking for a growth-oriented Product Designer to help us accelerate activation, engagement, and retention across our patient and partner-facing products. You’ll be embedded in a dedicated growth pod alongside a Growth PM, Growth Marketer, Partnerships Lead and engineers, owning high-impact user journeys and driving measurable business outcomes. You will own the design for the growth swim lane, going deep across our D2C and B2B products. Within this domain, you’ll have high autonomy and very little in your way — making decisions, shipping quickly, running experiments, and iterating relentlessly based on data and user insight. If you love operating at the intersection of product thinking, behavioral insight, and experimentation and care deeply about shipping work that drives real results, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Experience driving measurable product outcomes. You have 4+ years of product design experience, ideally with time spent in a growth-focused or experimentation-heavy environment. You’ve worked on improving conversion, activation, engagement, or retention and can clearly articulate the impact of your work. You’re comfortable discussing baselines, hypotheses, experiment structure, and results.
  • Fluency in experimentation and outcome-oriented thinking. You are comfortable working backwards from business goals and metrics, and you naturally think in terms of hypotheses and iteration. You understand how to design for learning velocity, not just feature completeness, and you know how to balance experimentation speed with long-term usability.
  • Strong systems and interaction design skills. You can design effectively within an established design system and understand how to operate within technical and organizational constraints. You bring strong information architecture, interaction design, and workflow simplification skills, particularly in complex or data-informed environments.
  • Comfort with speed and ambiguity. You thrive in fast-moving teams where not all answers are known upfront. You know when to ship a scrappy v1 to learn quickly and when to invest in refinement. You are comfortable iterating in tight cycles and adjusting based on real-world feedback.
  • User empathy and behavioral intuition. You have strong instincts for identifying user friction and understanding motivation. You think carefully about cognitive load, clarity, trust, and usability, especially in high-trust or regulated environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills. You communicate design rationale clearly and engage productively in tradeoff discussions. You operate with high ownership and accountability while partnering closely with a Growth PM who owns business metrics. You’re comfortable contributing your expertise without overstepping ownership boundaries, and you value shared outcomes over individual control.

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus if you have experience in healthtech, fintech, B2B SaaS, or similarly complex domains.

Responsibilities

  • Own high-impact growth experiences. You will own design across critical growth areas including onboarding, activation, conversion, engagement, and feature adoption for our D2C and B2B products.
  • Drive experimentation in partnership with your pod. You’ll collaborate closely with the Growth PM, Growth Marketer and Partnerships Lead to translate business goals into clear, testable UX hypotheses. You’ll design and iterate on A/B tests and experiments, balancing speed and craft appropriately. You’ll contribute meaningfully to experiment prioritization by bringing an experience lens to impact and feasibility discussions, and you’ll help ensure experiments are structured to generate actionable learning.
  • Simplify complex flows and build user trust. You’ll reduce cognitive load in workflows and ensure that experiences are intuitive, trustworthy, and clear. You’ll thoughtfully consider accessibility, error prevention, and clarity in every interaction.
  • Raise the bar without reinventing the system. You’ll maintain high craft standards while respecting speed and experimentation needs. Rather than redesigning foundational patterns, you’ll leverage and extend the existing design system effectively, contributing improvements back when recurring needs emerge.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with meaningful equity options
  • Flexible working environment (3 in-office days per week in New York).
  • Unlimited PTO + 9 company holidays.
  • Direct mentorship and growth opportunities with senior leadership.
