We are seeking an enthusiastic go getter to join our team as a Product Designer. You will work on our Growth initiatives to improve how potential customers discover, trial, and onboard our products. If you want to quickly launch experiments, continuously simplify and improve the user experience, and build a system from the ground up, this is the right place for you. Beyond the projects, we are also looking for an AI-native, someone to help us think outside of the box when building AI experiences and is always trying the latest tools. You’ll have the opportunity to guide the broader design team with AI tools and processes and to shape our AI agent experiences.

Requirements

0-3 years of design experience
Ability to think through data clearly to form hypotheses and experiments
Strong communication skills, especially across functional and cultural boundaries
You are fluent in English (Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus).
