About The Position

As Product Designer at Metaview, you will be central to shaping how our product is experienced by users and differentiating Metaview in a competitive market. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and founders to deliver best-in-class design across our platform and brand. This is an opportunity to define and elevate the user experience at a category-defining company, with a special focus on building agentic products that leverage the latest in AI to automate and optimize recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design for SaaS, B2B, or technology companies.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of typography, layout, and interaction design.
• Experience building and evolving design systems.
• Familiarity or enthusiasm for designing AI-powered and agentic user experiences.
• Ability to balance high-level conceptual thinking with pixel-perfect execution.
• Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead design direction when needed.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and lean processes.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end product design: From concept to execution, create intuitive, elegant, and scalable UI/UX for our web and mobile products.
• Develop and maintain our design systems to ensure consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.
• Partner in the creation of intelligent, autonomous features that act on behalf of users to streamline recruiting operations.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to translate complex ideas into simple, effective designs.
• Incorporate user insights and data to continuously improve the product experience.
• Contribute to our design culture and help shape Metaview’s visual identity.
