About The Position
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the design strategy and execution for our Access & Permissions system—a critical part of how BambooHR and our customers ensure their data stays secure. This role is perfect for a designer who loves diving into complex systems, thrives on cross-functional collaboration, and has a passion for creating intuitive, powerful tools that balance simplicity and flexibility. You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape how permissions are managed across our product, helping companies define who can see and do what—with clarity, confidence, and control.
