About The Position

Software Mind is seeking qualified candidates located in Latam to fill the role of Product Designer with Email Marketing Experience. We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Product Designer who has experience creating designs for email and email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, yet adaptable to shifting priorities, and able to work efficiently with quick iterative release cycles.

Requirements

• +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills.
• Product Designer experience with a product/UX first mindset, who also has strong UI/visual design skills.
• Email Design experience; understanding of what does/doesn't work in email design.
• Experience with email design to drive customer behaviors and CTA (Call to Action).
• Know how to structure email designs and build modules/templates that allow for personalization.
• Design systems experience.
• Mobile design experience.
• Experience with Figma.
• Adventurous/outside the box thinker, strong collaboration.
• Design portfolio showing work in designing emails for marketing.
• Needs to be able to collaborate and effectively interface with Product Manager and various other stakeholders (engineers, business stakeholders, etc.) but can also thrive/work well independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences with a focus on creating mockups and prototypes, primarily using design tools such as Figma.
• Design email templates, create personalized email designs, and design mobile application push notifications.
• Deliver high-quality design assets that can be shared with stakeholders and partners for feedback and approval.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align on vision, priorities, and design needs.
• Approach design with a product mindset—balancing aesthetics with usability, functionality, and business goals.
• Work independently and proactively, turning ideas into polished designs with minimal oversight.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
