About The Position

As a Level 3 Designer at ZoomInfo, you'll independently own and deliver design solutions for our B2B intelligence platform and solutions (SalesOS, MarketingOS, TalentOS). You'll lead design efforts within project teams, contribute to team growth by sharing feedback and design practices with peers, and help shape our AI-enhanced user experiences while ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
5-7 years of professional UX/UI design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Proficiency with AI design tools such as Cline, V0, Claude
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
Proven ability to work independently and lead design efforts
Forward-thinking mindset toward AI applications in design
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

Experience designing for B2B SaaS or data-driven products
Expertise in data visualization principles and techniques
Experience designing and implementing design systems
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to user experience
Ability to prototype interactions using tools like Principle, Framer, or code
Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience mentoring junior designers

Responsibilities

Independently own and deliver end-to-end design solutions for key features and product areas
Lead the design process from research through implementation, ensuring high-quality execution
Create sophisticated data visualizations that transform complex business intelligence into actionable insights
Partner with product managers to define requirements and success metrics
Apply and extend our design system to ensure consistency while exploring AI-enhanced interfaces
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Supports peers by offering feedback and sharing design practices to help elevate team work.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams
Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization
