About The Position

We’re looking for a Product Designer III – Design Ops to help grow and mature the foundations of Design Operations at Best Buy Canada by building the systems, standards, and tools, along with the governance that enable Experience Design to scale consistently and sustainably within Technology. As our first Product Designer hire in design ops, you’ll work with significant autonomy to maintain and evolve the design system, establish and refine standards and processes, and help embed them into day-to-day workflows. You’ll report to the Experience Design Lead for design ops and work closely with other Experience Design Leads, Product Designers, Engineers, and Digital Retail partners.
