Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
Experience designing and prototyping in Figma.

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
2+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process.
Experience shipping products to customers through implementing an end-to-end design process.
Experience utilizing AI tools in your design process.
Experience that demonstrates ability to advocate for design thinking, effectively influence design outcomes, uncover problems, and tackle them in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create interaction models and detailed designs at various levels of fidelity for new and existing product features.
Assist in ideation sessions with the team, representing design priorities and helping influence product roadmaps.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align design solutions to business, technical, security, and user requirements.
Collaborate with research to validate approach, gather feedback on design work, and iterate to continuously improve customer experience.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure implemented designs align to design and security specifications and adhere to standards of accessibility.
Utilize and contribute components to the shared design system.
Collaborate with other designers to iterate and improve on patterns.
Partner with engineers to implement polished UI components in code.
Communicate work clearly and professionally to the team and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary team members to develop roadmaps and craft compelling product narratives.
