About The Position

As Product Designer II, you create compelling, intuitive, scalable, and beautifully crafted experiences that help service professionals (our Pros) succeed in both business and life. You work closely with product designers, engineers, and product managers to bring ideas to life through thoughtful, user-centric design across our platforms. As a key contributor to our Reporting and Analytics experiences, you design features that turn complex data into actionable insights. You collaborate cross-functionally to translate the needs of our Pros into elegant solutions that drive business outcomes. You leverage AI-enabled prototyping tools to enhance the speed and depth of exploration. You push the boundaries of our design system by identifying opportunities to evolve patterns, while staying rooted in accessibility and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in the SaaS products, ideally for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Portfolio that highlights design patterns and product architecture you have created or largely contributed to
• Knowledge of technical constraints for web, iOS, and Android
• Understand accessibility guidelines

Nice To Haves

• Strong visual and interaction design skills that result in functional and delightful user experiences
• Systems-level thinking; able to anticipate how design changes ripple through a product ecosystem
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship in both design execution and implementation

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Pros’ needs while balancing the goals of the business
• Create solutions for our Reporting and Analytics products through design explorations, documentation, presentations, and collaboration across all of our platforms, including web, iOS, and Android
• Execute competitor analysis, discovery research, and usability testing
• Build event models, user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs
• Present and communicate concepts and design rationale to team members and stakeholders
• Follow and enhance established design principles and repeatable patterns for consistency and scale
• Inspire the team and our customers with forward-thinking ideas and define next-generation user experiences
• Provide clear specifications and documentation to guide engineers in building and implementing your designs
