Learn more about our team here: https://www.linkedin.com/company/servicenow/life/userexperience/ This role sits on ServiceNow’s Agentic AI design team, focused on shaping the core platform experiences that enable customers to create, test, deploy, and manage AI agents and agentic solutions. The team works on foundational systems that help users understand agent behavior, configure solutions responsibly, and evolve them over time within complex enterprise environments. Designers on this team work in an emerging and rapidly evolving problem space, where many of the patterns for designing agentic systems are still being formed. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to prototype ideas quickly and turn ambiguity into clear, usable experiences. This is an opportunity for designers who are energized by learning, experimentation, and growth. You’ll contribute to meaningful, real-world product work while developing your skills in designing for AI-powered systems, navigating complexity, and collaborating across disciplines. Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant design experience (internships included).
  • An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions, including identifying user needs, creating design solutions that address those needs, and validating solutions with end users.
  • Experience working with design tools to create feature-level interactive designs, wireframes, and/or visual design solutions.
  • A growth mindset that actively seeks learning opportunities and builds and extends core discipline skills.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication.
  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
  • Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
