Requirements

5+ years of experience in enterprise product design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements.
Ability to simplify complex challenges and articulate design decisions.
Excellent communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
A compelling portfolio that showcases high-quality design work.
