Product Design Manager, Premium Design Product Design Manager - (Individual Contributor) We’re currently seeking a Product Designer to join our Experience Design team. About The Team The Premium Design team defines the gold standard for Capital One’s high-spender customer experience ecosystem. Our work centers on creating highly useful, personalized, and high-impact products. This role is essential for driving the vision and crafting exceptional, end-to-end experiences that evolve and enhance the customer journey, delivering best-in-class card experiences and lifestyle benefits. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with design craft leads, designers, and cross-functional partners to push creative boundaries while ensuring both significant business impact and compelling customer value. Role Expectations As a Product Designer, you’ll combine your craft expertise and leadership skills with an understanding of our customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems and influence product strategy. Here are some of the expected competencies for this role:
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
Nice To Haves
- At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience working with and contributing to an established design system
- Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
- Experience leading design projects or teams
- Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
