About The Position

CoStar Risk Analytics is disrupting the CRE Lending industry by leveraging technology, data, and design to help our Customers succeed. We are looking for a Product Design Manager to join our growing team and help us accelerate our mission. In this role, you will work closely with the product team through design iteration by incorporating internal and external stakeholder feedback. This position is located in Boston, MA, and is onsite 5 days/week. Simply put, you love simplifying complex problems. You thrive at being hands-on and immersive. You look for opportunities to improve the way things work, and you have the drive to challenge the enterprise software status quo. You are also experienced working with product teams and know how to clarify requirements and work towards consensus and compromise. You're a proactive self-starter. If you see a problem, you look for ways to fix it instead of waiting for others to fix it for you. You are looking to shape the experience of the users of our software — to make things better for the user’s sake, not just for design’s sake.
