About the Team We’re hiring a Product Design Lead to join our Small Business Experience design team, where we shape the foundational experiences that power how small businesses manage their finances. This role will influence the structure and usability of the account experience, including navigation, dashboards, and native workflows used across the platform. You’ll be a hands-on, craft-driven designer who owns problems end to end. You will partner closely with product, content, engineering, and research to turn complex requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions. Grounded in customer insights and guided by strong design principles, you’ll help elevate the quality and consistency of our experiences through thoughtful use of our design system. Role Expectations As a Product Designer, you’ll combine your craft expertise and leadership skills with an understanding of our customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems and influence product strategy.
