These massive workforces are Rippling's largest customers, and they deserve better than outdated systems. The design challenges are complex: Managers need to instantly see when they're understaffed for Friday's dinner rush and seamlessly fill those gaps. They need intelligent scheduling tools that proactively flag potential compliance violations - overtime thresholds, break requirements, and more. At the same time, they must keep employees happy and engaged. These admins juggle compliance, budgets, and people every single day. Every design decision ripples across their entire workforce. We're looking for a seasoned designer who's passionate about solving real-world problems and genuinely improving people's daily lives-someone who believes hourly workers deserve the same thoughtful, elegant experiences as everyone else, and who has the vision and skills to make it happen.
