About The Position

We’re looking for a Product Design Co-op to join our growing design team and help craft intuitive, delightful experiences for our users. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers in our Boston office and remotely across the US, Norway, and Kosovo to turn complex logistics workflows into clear, functional, human-centered interfaces. As a co-op, you’ll get hands-on experience across the full design process—from discovery and user research to prototyping and visual design. You’ll contribute to real product features, influence design decisions, and see your work make an impact on a platform used by global customers every day.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A portfolio (or case study) that demonstrates how you approach design problems — through sketches, prototypes, class projects, or personal work.
• Curiosity about how digital tools support real-world workflows—especially in logistics, operations, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with Figma, user testing methods, and modern product design practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy working with others to make ideas real.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define user problems and design thoughtful solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other design tools.
• Help maintain and evolve Tive’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our products.
• Contribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture where ideas are shared freely and learning is encouraged.
