About The Position
The position involves facilitating key dependencies, risks, and issues across the product development lifecycle. The candidate will drive change management tasks associated with implementing new or altered products/services, which entails both risk assessment and implementation of the plan for a controlled launch across all relevant businesses and functions. The role requires coordination with global stakeholders on execution and promoting consistent end-to-end business readiness. The candidate will facilitate strategic work streams for cross-border payments and the investment management process, establish governance processes for key work streams, track interdependencies of different work streams, prioritize the product backlog, and maintain momentum for product development. Additionally, the candidate will support changes and/or enhancements across multiple systems, technology platforms, and business processes to support projects, enterprise-wide changes, and/or ongoing maintenance for the Cross Border Payments platform. Analyzing strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed-to-market is also a key responsibility.
