About The Position

The Data Management and Analytics Product Management team supports the development and implementation of software tools used both internally and externally across the organization. These tools vary in size and technical complexity and are built on a range of platforms and applications. They help drive operational efficiency, support wildfire risk reduction, improve system reliability, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable the successful delivery of electric engineering projects. Position Summary The Product Delivery Program Strategy Intern supports the development and implementation of standardized processes that strengthen the product delivery operating model. Working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams, this role helps document workflows, assist with process improvement initiatives, and contribute to training and support materials used throughout the product delivery lifecycle.This is a hybrid position, requiring work from both a remote office and an assigned work location within the PG&E service territory, based on business needs. PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job.  The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.88 to $34.07.

Requirements

  • Earning a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Social Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Liberal Arts or related field
  • Students MUST be continuing education towards degree during and/or after internship) or Master’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Assist in documenting current product delivery processes and identifying opportunities for standardization
  • Support the creation of process guides, templates, and training materials
  • Help track and analyze product delivery metrics and performance indicators
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and workshops
  • Conduct research on industry best practices in product delivery and program management
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for leadership
  • Support coordination of meetings, action tracking, and project documentation
